It wasn't banned. This commercial was from the 2000 season. I remember watching it during races that year.

the commercial wasn't banned it just got old like now a days commercials do go away like nascar ones they change come the next season

I can honestly say I've never seen this. I think it's one of Dale's funniest commericals. I like it.
Dale Sr. was not only The Intemidater. He was also funny.
