"With up to 60 amps on a single rail, there is enough power to start up a truck" um .. No ? Sure on paper it is enough power, but the wires are nowhere near thick enough to handle that kind of surge.
Very rare have i ever seen a floppy used for an internal card reader, most of them are USB powered by the Motherboard or internal PCI USB card, I have however, come across in a repair job a few months back, on an Internal card reader that used SATA connections.
Hell even if you go SLI you don't always need 750watt, i run the black ULTRA 650watt PSU Non modular, and have 2 EVGA 1gb 9500gt cards in SLI on my AMD Athalon II X3 ASUS system overclocked to 3.2Ghz and 2 SATA HD's and 2 SATA DVD burners, with a Creative Audiology sound card, and 4 gigs of ram and ANTEC 300 case with all 4 fans, and Roswell RCX-Z940-LX AM2+ CPU Cooler, all runs cool(30C/42C), and sounds like a low box fan hum. Don't always believe the wattage hype people.
Already knew that way long time ago LOL, and that was my point when building my system, so I don't have huge ass power bills, and can run a lower watt PSU, like the Ultra 650watt. But still my point is, you don't always need the Higher watt PSU's companies try to sell you. On my backup dual core AMD Athalon machine, the case came with a 450Watt PowerUP psu, and it does just fine on that simple machine.
my Ultra LSP650 650-Watt Power Supply - ATX, SATA-Ready, SLI-Ready, 135mm Fan, with a lifetime warranty, only cost me $51.72 on sale from Tiger, and even though it's not modular, it was one hell of a deal, cause it's normal price is right at $70. ULTRA cases as of late however, have not been such a great deal, the Ultra X-Blaster case, was the worst case i ever worked with cause of HD cage, and shit tooless crap, a week later I got the Antec 300, and have been very happy sense. :-)
Damn Right- Corsair had the Single 12V rail in their legendary TX series- Of course Cooler Master has to follow suit since Corsair ALWAYS wins awards.
f*cking cables

I got the OCZ 600 Watt one for 60 dollars (on sale on newegg) and its amazing. Doubt you even need 750 unless you go SLI.
I have 8 fans on my case (Red LED Antec Tri Cool ones on High), a GTX 260 Core 216 and its running all of that.

Stupid that this PSU is not modulair!
Thumb down for CM this time.
Why not the modulair flat cables like the Silent Pro 700? , i love them.

I'm not a super-overclocker and I prefer my case looking clean and as less cables as possible, so I'm pretty happy with the Corsair modular ones =)

Wonder how this stacks up against the Corsair 750Watt PSU?
