This guy from Express-village is the best so far on giving instructions on workout drills and on how to protect from injury. I just saw Greg Plitt on his chest workout (awesome) and he lowers his chest dumbbell fly too much... I would have done same as Plitt, had it not been for this guy (name?) who advises not to lower your dumbbells further than your shoulders. Man... Good job... keep more of this coming! You are on my favorites!
there are many different exercises for lats and what works for me will not neccessarily work for you. however, i find that close grip underhand pulldowns, cable rows and wide grip behind neck pulldowns works a treat. train sensibly and always listen to your body.
