@ultimatesquirllboy Getting ripped at that age isn't recommended at all. You'd have to follow an INSANE diet plan to make sure your body gets all it needs. Wait a few more years, give puberty a chance to cool off. In the meantime, carefully(!) packing up some upper torso muscle will produce much the same cosmetic effect, and fat loss is a lot quicker when you're a bit more bulky (so when you're done with all that growing and stuff, you'll be ready for "rippedness", and you'll get there faster).

You should look into using a lifeline usa powerwheel and resistance bands along with a reasonable balanced diet. In my opinion (I'm no expert), I believe in moderation rather than completely cutting out all of the bad stuff we enjoy because the body can crave and we may end up either binging or regaining later on when bad habits come back. Moderation is the key I think!
if i am correct he is doing something like a circuit training right? i read that circuit training burns fat fast because of the little rest between the excercises.

@fabian10780 at your age, just do calisthenics excercises to gain muscle, stimulate your growth, resistence and all kind of cool things. Don't even get close to weight lifting. It'll fuck you up. If you dont know what clisthenics are, just look up on youtube or google up some routines. Good luck!

question. ive been doing p90x for 6 weeks and ive lost about 20 pounds. my biceps are almost an inch smaller and my chest is a little more than 2 inches smaller, yet i feel much more solid and i am stronger. have i lost muscle mass or fat? any way to know the difference. my stomach fat is have gone too.

@pissclam1 your body is getting smaller due to the fact that muscle is more dense than fat, so your body could get smaller and stay the same weight Hypothetically...
