  • This is one of the song to represent the Rock history.

It is the rhythm that a drummer has a hard time.

And,the photos of your youth is interesting Eddie Ha!

  • I dig the thought...Manic Depression is certainly one unique composition...it is a tough one for many drummers, too...glad you enjoyed the show, BadBoyBoogie

  • straight ahead, brother! God's blessings to you too

  • You sound 100% like Jimi.

  • thanks for the thought...funny thing is, YT software thinks so, too, as this posting immediate received a copyright notice...and I didn't put a title or keywords on it...cheers!

  • @eddiegrey2

Maybe, you should add the word "coverage" to the title to avoid copyright.

  • I would do so if it made a difference but they must have software that does an analysis...even when I posted it private with no tags/title/views it came up with the notice...oh well

  • @eddiegrey2

No, they don't have software to do that but they have a group of people who get pay to check everyone up. But don't worry cause you belong to high profile youtube sensation, so they won't push you too hard. it was just a warning.

  • interesting to know that they have staff listening in to the uploads...I appreciate the "high profile" thought!

  • great job Eddie !!! this is another one of my Hendrix favorites. I would have liked to catch one of your shows back in the seventies. thanks for sharing.

  • thanks Dave, always good of you to listen in...It would have been intense...my post-college band on 1975 covered a lot of Hendrix, Zeppelin, Who, Stones, Cream with a sprinkling of others and not what anyone else was playing. The typed copy of the set list is shown in the beginning...it was great fun playing on the edge

  • Awesome! ;)

  • so nice to hear from you...sweet!

  • "...is a frustratin' mess!" Nice cover!

  • thanks Sillviie, I have very few pics from the early days...glad you enjoyed this!

  • a great post my friend

  • Hi Marc, thanks so much, my friend!

  • This has an ad next to it in the UK. That means YT thinks its the original. I don't blame them either. This was brilliant, Eddie!

Thanks for sharing the old pics as well - that cheeky smile has hardly changed!

  • a pleasure to share your way, mate! that's interesting to know about the ad...cool...yes, I tried loading it private and share-only under the other account and kept seeing the copyright message...already have one vid with that (Stone Free on the 12-string of all things) and didn't want another so I loaded it here...funny to think their track analysis software does not know this is a cover recorded as a room recording on a boom box
