She looks just like my puppy Kai, only he's half northern inuit and half alaskan malamute, and the tip of his tail is black. But their little faces and everything look practically identical! Its so freaky, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this vid. You pup grew up to look an awful lot like Kai's mum. Since she was also alaskan malamute. Very cute videos! :)

I didn't use a special device for these shots. This is the way to do it:

Keep the camera as low as possible. Don't use the vieuwfinder or the LCD screen. Just concentrate on the camera being pointed at the pup. Zoom the lens out as wide as possible. In this way it's easy to keep the puppy framed. It takes a little time to get used to this way of shooting but it's worth it

Hey Vermiciousk1.. i have two malamutes. They are great with kids providing their bought up with them. and your kids are old enough not to get in the way of a over playful dog haha. But they are ALOT of work especially as they get old.. Great dogs though

There are two main difference between the breeds. Typically Malamutes are larger, stockier types, known for their massive strength while pulling sleds, while Huskies are smaller, more compact and known for their endurance and agility while pulling sleds. Both are working dogs and need a LOT OF EXERCISE!
