Fresh Springs Rolls or Summer Rolls are ORIGINALLY VIETNAMESE DISHES. Even the rice papers are made in Vietnam, just look at the packaging. There is no such thing as a Thai spring rolls. Thai people stole khmer culture and food from neigboring countries and call them their own.

Expert Village shouldn't be teaching people how to cook at all. They clearly don't know the origin of the food they cook. This is Vietnamese food/recipe, there's no such thing as a thai springroll. Please do not take lesson from these people especially from that guy ''HIU.'' He's not even Vietnamese and probably never eaten Vietnamese food before. They just picked some asian dude put him in front of the camera with the wrong vietnamese recipes

I love this woman except that who the hell can figure out how to make the damn spring roll...I guess she wants us to get the recipe online & figure it out ourselves...I got that part about expert village...in every video but no info about the spring roll...

Instead of three of four little video's, why not present us with one video showing the entire process. This is just too jumpy and unorganized.
