My best is 51 with 225. But I was doing those little fast 1/2 reps. I didnt wanna ggrivate mt elbows by locking out 225 50+ times in a row! lol I have the vid if anyone wants to see it...I just figured I would get ripped on for doing "cheat" reps...I have however done 315x21 on tape on my page if you wanna see that...I was 21 years old. Nice work either way! STRONG!
yeah that will be very cool if you put up a video. And maybe you can put up a video same style as Claudius repping 225, that will give him an extra kick under the butt because this man has more in him!
When did Frank Trigg start benching? Very strong stuff, however, I wouldn't call those full range reps. He never touched his chest. Still, a sick display of muscle endurance and strength.
Name of the Gripmaster is Claudius, he is training with weights 3 years now, therefore only fighting and bodyweight training. In my opinion this is more heavy that bouncing on his chest, he only use his muscle, no tricks or something. New video come next week.
Definitely a sick feat. No offense meant, just that some would say not full range. I agree that what he is doing is harder than bouncing off chest, but not as hard as pausing on chest. Then again, he can do 21 reps more than me, so who am I to say. HAHA Great stuff!
