I mean when I load a save I can't see my Symbols on those rocks and fences or whatevers and I have to restart by breaking and charging them up again! need help!

What can I do against it

break those rocks because they lost the 1/4 moon(my symbol) Can I do something about this?

And I thought the rusty-brown turtle is the worst(I mean the most evilish.)

I remember when I got through first I didn't pick anything,and It took me about two or three weeks to complete.
