I was born a woman and I do love that and cherish that side of me but I also cannot ignore the fact that I feel like a man. I don't think its fair to call trans people twisted. The sex of a person is NOT simply a social construct. There are specific instinctual ROLES that females gravitate toward and that males gravitate toward. If a person's sex was simply a social construct it would be much less distinctive and confusing. No matter how open-minded and accepting a society or community is a person can not be born as one sex but have the mind of another and feel healthy and happy despite. It is not simply a social issue. It is a serious mental issue, do not simplify it.
