The problem with this game is not difficulty, it's exclusion of soo much of the game.

Like the entire Namek saga was spent revolving around Vegeta/gohan Krillin and Bulma, but they show none of that, it just goes straight to Goku in Namek after vegeta loses.

They don't even include Goku's space ship training.

The adventures held by the Z fighters after raditz was also important but it wasn't shown at all. Overall dunamics was also crap vs LOG2/3.

They should remake the game officially!

oh and one last thing...the best reason for playing this game is you can understand how much training was actually needed just like the show, goku can actually fly at will , and may i remind you all.. this game was created in the same year the gameboyadvance was made! so i say to the type of ppl who like to rush and not enjoy the effort spent on progressing in games.... This was the hardest DBZ adverture game I ever play. I mostly like Legacy 2, Buu's Fury and Transformation.

I wish they made Transformation 2 but it was cancelled. Least could bring it to DS.

i love this game, a lot of people say it sucks, i know i personally like the 2nd better then this, but it brings back memories, and i love the tunes, and story mode for it, just not the frieza battle. its cool to see goku finnaly turn super saiyan, after youve been him for a long ass time, then BAM super saiyan bitch! of course the higest level to get to on this game is 25, on log2 it is 50, and still don't know what it is for Buu's fury. i give this game a 4 star outa 5

i don't like how they completely butchered the storyline. i mean, gohan didn't bust out of raditz' ship, they don't show goku with a hole in his stomach, they show the picture after gohan hits raditz. and princess snake just wandering on snake way?! you don't even fight her in snake form. i couldn't watch after that but i'm sure they butchered it even more than i mentioned. a peice of shit game with stupid little sidequests that have NOTHING to do with the story..

As much as this game is a piece of shit, I still like it for some reason.The beginning is the slowest part, the fuckin' dogs kill in a few melee hits.Not to mention that the bosses are way to overpowered and require the constant use of Energy attacks from a far distance so they don't kill you so quickly.I do however like the use of DBZ characters and how the game follows the story almost religiously.

@bosspersonfighter I liked all three for different reasons. The first one I loved how leveling up doubles your strenghth not just gives you like a plus one in all attributes. And I actually do like how you have to rely on Ki attacks. I liked blowing away the npc enemies with ease after leveling up a few times, real satisfiying.

Have you ever played Back to the Future on the NES?Most games like that have followed in the trend of not even remotely treading on the inspired work's story.When this came out, I had never played a game that followed the story as much as it did.I know that there is a lot of repetitive area-to-area shit that didn't happen in the actually story but that's expected in an RPG. Maybe my standard for the game's accuracy of the story is sub-par but it gets the general idea of everything.

Go download the Bios for GBA, you should be able to find it on Google, and then you go to VBA, under the options tab click Emulator>Select bios>find the Bios through your files. Then go to the same tab,Emulator>Savetype>EEPROM. It should work definately after that.

You can't be serious. I love DBZ, and enjoyed the game as a kid, but looking back at it now, it was just God awful. The combat system was incredibly broken and ruined the game's fun factor. Thank goodness they fixed it for the 2nd and 3rd games though.

Why on earth would I lie? It's not hard at all once you develop an actual strategy, like this guy did. However, mine was completely different. I would fly/run away from the bad guy chasing me, and when they stop, start inching closer and closer to them. You should be able to get close enough to hit them with the KameHameHa, and down them in one hit. Obviously, this only works when you get powerful enough to do it, but once you are, it's a cinch (not counting those f$%# wolves in the beginning)
