  • No one (Christian) religion has got it totally right. For it says in the Bible, "all have fallen short of the glory of God".

Yes, I'm sure you can find fault with any of the Christian religions....even the Menonite/Amish,

but you have to look much harder than most by far because these people are more right than most. In times were most people today are on the dole..living off government programs or entitlements, these people have outstanding work ethics and values.

  • I wonder if you would have been so harsh if the woman was a woman of color. Because the first thing you did right here was to describe them as tho they are all cookie cutter when you know nothing about them. As a black Mennonite woman, that was the VERY first thing that put me off. You already had a spirit of contemption before you even opened up your Bible. Let me assure you that there are alot of black Mennonites (I can refer you if you are open to it) so you don't think I'm an "exception".

  • If they are so wrong, why go to such extent to tear their beliefs apart? Maybe because you are trying to reassure yourself that you are right? Since you like scripture so well, here is another passage for you."Judge not that ye be not judged, for with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?" Matt 7:1-3 KJV

  • Please educate yourself on the Amish/Mennonite before making such a hate filled video. As a reformed Amish bishop we do have Shabbat and Sunday school at our homes.

  • Yes read the whole chapter. You obviously have not studied. By the way please show me in the bible where Saturday of the gregorian calendar is the sabbath. You worship you not what. Maybe you need to shut your mouth and cover yourself and practice a little bit of that humility you talk about.

  • Compare how Mennonite women carry themselves to how other Christian women carry themselves. Just look at them and ask yourself who seems more godly to you.

  • Right on sister! Great video! A huge majority of these churches are pagan and lost. As soon as my husband and I decided to give church a rest, and fellowship at home. The Most High allowed us to see that. We women are only suppose to cover our heads while praying and prophesying. But I do totally understand why a lot of people cover constantly, and that is because more than likely they are in constant prayer.

  • hey sister rosa, i would like to point out that, if our hair is our glory and we are not supposed to get the glory, then we should cover. furthermore, the bible says if she be not covered (physical covering/veil), then let her be shorn (so shave her head). so, knowing that being shorn is a disgrace, that tells us that we should cover our hair.. another thing is this: it says that nature teaches us we should be covered, so we have long hair. then goes on to point out that nature is using hair

  • @hisboo911 to teach us that we should COVER OUR HEADS. look at it again sister rosa, read the whole chapter

  • @hisboo911 many women who cover their hair cannot tell you exactly why. they were told to do it without understanding the scripture behind it. that's all. but i would also like to say that many other women have been lead by the holy spirit to cover, and began doing so during prayer, then looked at the scripture and understood why (even though, previously, the scripture meant to them what it means to you now). i am one of those women.

  • hi, just wondering are you or were you adventist? i stumbled upon one of your beauty videos and it was like i recognized you instantly ;)

  • @nadialucky89 I'm a beliver and a Sabbath keeper. Thanks for watching!

  • also I do not believe that we should cover all the time only when praying or prophesying.

  • that is was a shame for her to pray to the father without a covering. I believe it shows that we respect the order that the father established for us. He is the head, then Christ, then our husbands etc. BTW if you still do not see it then may God have the Glory and reveal to us how he wants to be worshiped. Please take this as just another sister sharing and not judging. Peace and blessings unto you. The following are the verses I commented on. V12 - 15

  • Sister, although I understand your and agree with your point about modesty, I my comment is not to strive but to explain why I believe we should cover and when we should cover. 1st Corinth. 11 1-15 tell us that "when praying or prophesying a man should not cover his hair (not talking about his hair) and a woman should cover her head). It said that the woman's " long hair was her glory" as to make a comparison to the shame (back then) if a woman was to shave her head (shorn) continued....

  • Amen! Truth as it is in God's Word! ...

  • @nikkinik24 Thanks for watching.

  • that is sooo true we have to study to show yourself approve, btw love the hair :)

  • @angelicwarrior31 Yes we do. Thanks sis.

  • @kikameraz, unfortunately, those were not beliefs that were scripture. The cap thing, the dresses vs. Pants and such are man's traditions. Someone needed to make that known to her.

  • I respect your beleifs, but I do think it was wrong of you to contradict this woman's long held, deep rooted beleifs.

  • @Kikameraz What! you must be blind. Didn't you see where I read it from Duh, hello! zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz wake up out of sleep.

  • Wow, thats truth spoken at its best. What I don't understand is how are you going to be pure and in the flesh at the same time. We have ALL fallen short of the glory, including the Mennonites. We war against our flesh everyday because we are human. If we were pure then what was christ sacrificed for? IM JUST SAYIN'

  • @blackindian81 So true sista, so true! :)

  • Traditionally, the Amish read the Bible in a German based language. The problem is that they aren''t really taught the language anymore but the Bibles are being made available within the community in English. With that being said, it would be difficult to understand the Bible in context if you don't fully understand the language.

  • @JesuslovesTopper Bless you!

  • @JesuslovesTopper Bless you brother. Love your videos too!

  • Very good my love. Keep spreading the word. T87

  • @tube8seven Thanks my love!

  • Thanks for sharing this video! I have a friend that she attends a church that believes that a woman wearing pants is an abomination to the Lord. I did not say anything because I did not want to offend her. I know now how to approach wrong beliefs in a loving way. Thanks again!

  • @ILoveGodSelfOthers Amen! my friend. be HUMBLE! and remember James 1:19 you will play it save when it come to our Father in heaven.

  • @ILoveGodSelfOthers The Bible does say it is an abomination for women to wear men's attire. In the U.S. pants were historically considered men's attire. I wouldn't go so far as to say her beliefs are "wrong" so much as it needs to be in context.

  • your hair looks so beautiful like this! i love the little curls!

  • @nicoleneuman24 thank you sis!
