Last time Chris Cagle was in town (Las Vegas) I was 14. I saw him in concert and he didn't play "chicks dig it" but when he came out for a encore. I was at the front and yelled to him play chicks dig it! He said to me "I'll have you introduce the song but first I have to sing this other song." After that song I was at the front of the crowd at the stage he picked me up onto the stage and put his guitar on me and I SANG chicks dig it with him to close the show.
I havent had problems with love songs But i can relate It the same thing with dad songs, when dad left everything came out about him hurting my half sister (diffrent dads) which hurt mom. and things went down hill from there big holidays became painful reminders and all i want was to hug him and hear him say he loves me but what hurt the most is when a song about how dads love there daughters it's been five years and it still feel like another dagger to the hart whe i hear one
