  • im gonna have to go dig this out the box now, gonna take me a wile lol

  • Man, i bought this album back when i lived in new mexico and i loved it, every single second of it. All day for months I would have it on repeat after work, school anything. Before i left i gave it to my teacher as a gift. I regret nothing.

  • @ashinocy

Ye've prompted me to go and dig this album out...........been sadly neglected over the past year or so. Cheers.

  • @ashinocy New Mexico represent! How long ago did you move from here?

  • @sufiro It has been a while man, though I'm actually planning on returning for the holidays.

  • I remember listening for the pistol to be cocked at 2:37

  • Why do you upload a short version..?

    It's 6:45. Not 6:00.

  • @mistamontiel If you're that fussy, stop complaining, get your money out and buy it. But to answer the question, I guess because it's from a mix CD, not the original.

  • nice song

  • grooverider sample known as "codename john-"the warning

  • I play the drums... and this track bangs hard@!!! love it

  • massive.

  • tune

  • This song always pissed me off.

I remember there was a storm hype and anticipation around Photek's first high-profile release, then 'The Hidden Camera' came around and it was like... huh? That's it?

It's like the guy got caught in a feedback loop of self-examination and ended up creating something that was completely dry and sorta TV theme'y.

Photek never got back to making great tunes after this. He just kept doing really dry, academic stuff.

  • sounds a little sped up

  • I cycled around New York City listening to this music.

    Loved it !!

  • this is not classical d&b.still love it though!

  • DOPE

  • drum and bass had some great moments...this was one of them!

  • One of the all time best songs

  • Love this tune - guess "Choppage" wasn't a word till youtube came along...ah well, it is now!

    Cheers Photek!

  • This mix is off 'INCredible Sound of Drum 'n' Bass Mixed by Goldie'

    Top tune and top album.

  • Amazing piece of music. Shame 'The warning' got mixed in at the beginning but not complaining, thanks for the upload. Photek was genius at the time, along with Optical and a whole bunch of people at the time.

  • I can tell you why you like this song so much...same reason i do....cos it's a proper fucking tune! Just listen to those beats, photek could chop up beats like no other! I used to like playing this one real slow on vinyl some times just to hear those beats...good good ya!

  • this is brilliant.

  • why do u like thissong so much?? bcoz its perfect like ;];]

  • ;] yes

  • @tcsvicky because it's on modus operandi
