Okay, I just had to make a comment again because I think that this was so cleverly done and edited. I.e. At 2:29 when he was dancing with her in a white dress, he looked at her and his thought seems to be identical to the lyric: "please, please come and save me". She looks at him at 2:32, the lyric goes: "tell me what's wrong with my brain" as if he is questioning why he is at the wedding but her look seems to have answered that... He's still got feelings for her. I love this so, so much.

I'm not going to try and hurt anyone's feelings by casting out rude remarks about the video, although, the band's sweet vocals and bubblegum pop sound is meant to be ironic. Their lyrics are so dark and cerebral. She's singing so happy and high, but about struggling with an addiction to drugs, or how a boy tore her apart emotionally and left her scarred. The video was a bit too happy. I think it was great work, just a different interpretation than I think they intended. Good job, though.
