Music changed radically, CGI came into full swing, allowing movies to become ever more bombastic and epic (Jurassic Park, Terminator 2, etc), cartoons were everything they are not today (Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, etc), gaming hit the more modern age (Playstation, Dreamcast, N64)...and of course Space Jam :P
