I'm a big guy. 6' 320lbs. Played Football in HS. Lift weights and work out a lot now. I'm big and strong. That's what I'm good at. I like to stay agile and do a lot of stretch work. I can even do full splits. But I can't do what these boys do. It's great to watch them. They make it look almost effortless when they move. Very graceful. Keep up the good work guys. Vids like this are very fun to watch.
