That's a good idea but I doubt it will ever happen you know what the gov' is like when it comes to actually comes to improving society.

Yep, money better spent somewhere else. Perhaps for people who actually want to live. There's not enough guilt in our communities to really do anything about it. Takes the value out of family first.

Yeah, unfortunately it's just too easy for somebody to kill himself. Train jumping, though, might also endanger other people =x

they put a lot of trauma on train drivers, this type of behavior affects many people around them

things won't change unless there's change, ironic really

train stations is also just one venue, there's many other places people look for

it's a question of how serious is the government in suicide prevention

Yes, your right life is to short and it goes by in a hurry. We are all given a short amount of time, and really all we have to decide is what to do with the time that has been given to us. I just quoted Gandalf BTW. All we can do is try to be the best person we can be. and to make the right choices, not the easy choices.

interesting topic. if someone really wants to kill themselves there is really no way to stop it. they will find a way. Alot of times people just try it for attention though.

just really have to ask how important is one life to you? i doubt people looking for attention can see the reaction after they're dead

i got the idea from Japan because they're putting up barriers and blue lights to help prevent such a case

Actually you would be surprised man. I did die once. I was dead for 7 minutes. And I saw everything.

you filmed yourself trying to kill yourself? a suicide and an accident are totally different

everyone thinks of suicide at least once in their life out of curiosity. it's not a popularity contest.

NO no no man, I meant that I died, not from trying to kill myself. It was from a motorcycle accident.

how do you trust someone who attempts a suicide to live again?

well man, Thats a tough one. I personally think anyone who would kill themselves is a coward, and very selfish. They don't even think about the ones they leave behind, or there feelings.

my sister passed away, but never really knowing why. she always said she didn't have long to live, but never said when.

I'm sorry to hear that man. Your right it is a touchy subject for many. I can talk about anything though. Personally I don't think any of us have more than a few years to live. Not in this world anyway.

i think i've lost my sensitivity on this subject. i've heard of many stories of relatives passing away. hitting closer to home, my grandmother and pet dog also lost their lives to illness. life's too short to be worried about what other people think.

I only hope you never get into the position where you really feel as if you want to kill yourself. In this world with all its uncertainty and intolerance it may be the only way out for some people. Get with it man, some of them don't have any relations or even friends. Only people like you who have, it seems, no compassion.
