instead of saying : stupid music, you could have said : the music was not my choise, after all nobody did force you to take the train, you could have walked or take the bike, in that case the critcs on your langauge are right.
@groeneveldp Yeah, so sorry about having an opinion and sharing it on my v-log... I don't sift words. Pretty language can be saved for the BBC and the courtroom. That music was crap.
@monkeetime it not just your v-log, you have put your project on you tube and that means that people all around the world can watch your project, I guess that is what your aim is for putting it on you tube?
if so why not show respect for the manners and believes in the country you visit, I do not know where you come from or what your religion is, but I guess you would not like it if I would call your mother a whore, you get my point.
anyway besides of some stolen music your footage is crap.

@groeneveldp and considering that you dont have any videos online, you automatically don't have a valid opinion about videomaking. ;-) I get 250,000 hits a month. What do you get? Oh... a zero.. BAAHAAAHAA!!!!
FYI as like other moslems around the entire world they are very sensitive and tend to be extremly rude and unlogic whenever others don't praise its beliefes. Although you were having some great conversation with them at a previous moment or even they are your relatives, obviously they'll tend to change their personality from being friendly to predictable rude.
Don't get me wrong, this video doesn't show any unrespect attitude to the moslem's just see the fact of what the others said.
I love your vid about my country dude, but please be respectful to others' believe. You can believe in anything you want to but don't say bad things about others' believe .
huahahahaaaa... Tat aLLah akhbar so annoying.. and stiLL you can hear it when you are in Jogja.. Tatz adzan.. Yah.. sometimes they put it to Loudz.. and Tatz reaLLy not okay.. But you have a nice trip.. The poLice Treat You guyz so nice..
HAHAHAHAHA,, very funny... rather than train, if you have more cash to spend, try taking an airline... as far as i know, Garuda-citilink have a flight from jakarta to Yogyakarta... but 7 hour wont make me down since i travel with motorbike for 6-8 hour even more... very nice vid...
that's true man, so stupid eh..........!! don't say that we have to respect the stupid indonesian......!! they are killing lots of people in TIMOR and WEST PAPUA.........!!
@28hollandia Do you mean all Indonesia wanted to do that? It's the military. Judging by your name you must be from Holland. Ah, the nation that loves peace, eh? What about your ancestor who invaded my country for 3.5 decade you ass wipe. I condemn that generation of yours, but should I hold grudges until these days? No. We all make mistakes, terrible mistakes.
@blueaat YOU should be more tolerant of peoples beliefs. you believe what you want, and let others believe what they want......i also believe that religion is a MASSIVE waste of time, BUT... im more than happy for you to go about your business wasting your time as you please :)
By the way, that "music" in the train, would that happen to be Islamic Qur'an recitations? If yes, I'm Muslim so I would have LOVED to have listened to it for 7 hours. It's beautiful! :D
P.S. What soundtrack is this? I love it. And where do you find your music, is it royalty-free?
It was "takbiran" or the glorifying words recited during the night of Lebaran or Eidul Fitri/Eidul Adha.
It seems that this moment cannot be missed by any Indonesian Muslims so even on train it is played - which is I've just known from this video - usually in many mosques human reciters keep awake the whole night until the morning of Lebaran day.
I love how the Indonesian police and security guards are so friendly to foreigners. I'm a white woman, and I went to Lampung which has like... zero bule (white people). The police and security would drop everything to start a laid-back conversation. :)
Totally agree. Myself, I went to Yogyakarta for half a year, and it is so wonderful to see how polite and respectful people can be. To be honest, it sometimes went over the top. They really want to do everything, and then I mean really everyting, for bule, which was for me sometimes quite uncomfortable.
But the whole experience in Indonesia is in one word: Amazing! I would advise everyone to go there, but skip Jakarta and other main touristic areas. And for sure, take your time!
I Love Indonesia
