I'm getting a B200 error on LCD when powering on. "Unplug printer and call Service Center" Printer had been working perfectly for a year or so. Frustrated.

hey, I bought this and for 2 years I didn't need it, So now when I tried to set it up, it wont work with LION OS on my MAC... Can you walk me through on how to set it up?

I got this printer today. I tried to installed and it did, But then I tried to scann a picture but it didn't work, so I unistall the progam(because I did something wrong) and I tried to installed again but my computer didn't read the disc. Can you please tell me why?

@sandeepgupta80 Keep in mind, the MX870 has been released recently. From what I can tell, it pretty much has the same specs as the MX860. The only differences are that the MX870 has an iPhone printing app, prints 4'x6' photo 2 seconds faster, scroll wheel instead of a D-pad, buttons are re-arranged, and Auto-Scan mode (recognizes the media being scanned and adjusts setting automatically). If you can get the MX860 at a really great price, go ahead and get it, you won't miss out on much.

I bought the MX860 at Costco last week. I'm really happy with it. I bought it to replace a Kodak ESP9, because it broke down too much. I took the ESP9 back to Sam's Club, headed to Costco (I don't have anything against Sam's, but Costco has more stuff and a brand new one opened in the area). The $240 refund from the ESP9 covered the price on a Costco membership and the $129 for the MX860.

@sandeepgupta80 It's a reliable printer, I haven't had any problems with it. Print quality is awesome, speed is better than the ESP9. It's solidly built, the ESP9 sometimes sounded like it was going to fall apart when printing on "fast" quality. In my experience, this printer sips ink. I've only replaced two cartridges since I bought it. I mostly print documents because of school, I haven't printed photos in a while. So, your milage may vary. I highly recommend the MX860.

I just got one of these to go with my new iMac! I tried to set it up using the CD, but it wasn't necessary. LOL! I called Apple and found out all I had to do was connect it to the computer and start printing. The Apple guy said it was cheaper to send photos to Target or someplace like that to print, because the ink cartridges are so expensive. He said the photos are better quality, if you do it that way rather than using the printer.

While this doesn't detract from the quality of the video, I thought it was a little funny that at the beginning off the video, you said you are there with a Canon PIXMA MX780. However, the box clearly says Canon PIXMA MX860...
