  • If she is in good robust body condition, 380-400gm without obesity, with adequate dietary calcium and vitamin d3 etc then it would be nice if she would lay 1-2 eggs each year or each 2nd year. However she apparently does not have a mate of her own kind and opposite sex, and there are risks of complications tho they would not necessarily occur, if this would be her first egg in 23 years. I advise pairing ideally be done before both birds are mature. However bird divorces deaths and rebond occur

  • I love your videos. My 23 year old galah loves treating inside my jumpers as her nesting box. Unfortunately she never took to her own nesting box and much prefers her jumper. She's never laid an egg though - is this bad for her health?
