Considering that Switzerland is voiced by a girl in the anime and that nobody has a perfectly static-free mic, don't say anybody is fail to all anime just because of that.

all the characters played by romi paku in japanese version are really hard to fandub -3-

not bad, i actually think for fan dubs, you should try a slight french to german accent, i think it adds a level of authenticity to the fandubs, just my opinion of course
