idk how your phone's working for you, but i think it may be a problem with the original voyager b/c i got the newer one (titanium) back in december and have never had that problem, so if that's still happening, and your able to, i would try exchanging it for the new one. hope that helps! =]

thats the voyager that i have and it shuts off on me maby every 2 weeks or more. so its not a problem but 1 thing you have to look out for is that it might have charging problems and i am stuck at that spot right now. :p

most likely in my own opinion you might be pressing the touch screen to hard and its messing with the phones connections under the screen. causing it to turn off randomly when it doesnt connect right with the power source. because if that happend to all of them there would be a recall and they would take the voyager off the shelves.
