Why did you climb on the southern side of the wall? The northern side is so much easier. Did you have a nasty northerly wind forcing you onto the south side?
Yeah the path continues up the norh side, lots of stone steps but as you said, with a north wind the south side would be more sheltered. I was up agan yesterday, totally clear and no wind, was beautiful, didn't want to go back down!

it was more sheltered on the south side. I never realised the north side was easier to climb.....
