Too bad you didn't try to measure how much HHO gas was coming off, and the amount of electrical energy used. I guess it's best to keep these things secret.
you'll find that the size of your plates will affect the amount of catalyst you need. my first plates were 2x6 inchs and my new ones are 3x10. If I use the same solution for the 3x10 as I do for the smaller ones I have to dilute it 10:1 to keep my amps within 10 amp range.
I have 6 rings the best configaration i've found is with the outer and ring is posative then negative then posative then negative then posative and the inner ring is negative.
12v paeks at 16amps at start up in cold water, and I need to buy a better ampmeter to see what it settles down at
that configuration will skyrocket your amps and will probable have excess heat try using the inner negative the outer positive and neutrals in between you will need more electrolyte to achieve the same production but amps will be GREATLY reduced
I love your methodology, I haven't posted any videos yet but I am learning so much from watching everyone elses. Thanks so much for the trouble you have gone too.
What plate config are you running (+-neutral) and also the current would be helpful?
first of all any hydroxy chemical will not produce toxic gas, as the chemical that is linked with the hydroxy will recombine with liberated hydroxy when the cell runs, KOH,NaOH,and many other hydroxys aka Lye is fine. Salts, soda not the same story. I advise KOH for e-lyte it works very well and safe.
soda bicarbonate, isn't really that bad, its so heavy it stays in solution pretty well. The downside to soda is the amount you have to use, and how is tends to leave some on the bottom of the cell. Salt is one that you really want to stay away from, as it has a habit of releasing cholrine gas, which is poisonous.
I've seen videos where the soda causes valve trouble in engines, don't know this for sure just saw it in a video. The soda produces more than just the H2 and 02 or so they say.
@werethefoxhat art shops have it, it is most pure in soap making chemical 14% i think is the max drain cleaners have other things to help clean drains rather than produce hho

@JBTYpr if you use less amps with more neutrals then could you raise your amps and get a more efficient cell?

So I Should not use Bicarbonate of soda even through a bubbler?
What is KOH and where do I get it?

KOH is lye, ie drain cleaner.

please don't put soda, lye or salt..it produce toxic gas
