  • Clearly he hates that place. That lady lies to him and tells him he's only been there since the day before. He's been there for 7 years. The medication don't work. Nothing works there.

Oh, Brian. We love you, so. -3...

  • I'd hate to say it, but a good slap in the face would set this guy straight. He would probably thank you for it.

  • I feel sorry for him :(

  • I hate this place, the teaching doesn't work, i've been here 11 years. Oh highschool...

  • I always blast the sound on this video when I'm at work and my computer applications stop working. I've been there for 5 years and I can't wait til my 7 year mark when I can go ape shit on everyone like this guy did.

  • I wonder if he says that in his sleep.

  • hes faking it

  • @nauris706 What would be the point of faking it be? Just for some Ativan? You can get that on the street for like $1/pill. Certainly not worth getting locked up in Bellevue just for some meds.

  • Cage has an old school dope ass song related to this on Movies For The Blind

  • except god on anything breh...thinking of how the world works can drive u crazy

  • At first I was like HAHAHA then I was kinda like =/

  • tsss

  • this is fake right?

  • It's people like him that I wish I knew his story. (But on the comedy term., my teacher had this playing on itunes on repeat during class the whole class period because he hates our school and he was having a bad day)

  • mental illness is a motherfucker. in no way is this clip funny. for those who do, i hope that your mother gets raped and you get into a head on collision that leaves you in a vegetative state coma for the rest of your worthless, meaningless life.

  • @ftsmoo The savior of the internet. Your comments make you a much worse person than anyone who would laugh at a mental illness.

  • @ftsmoo One of the funniest videos I've ever seen.

  • i think he's running for president

  • I'm a little confused....does he hate this place or not?

  • i say this everyday i school

  • I say this everyday at work

  • Cage - In Stoney Lodge

  • ahahaha..this guy went to graduate school for "psychology", yet he's in a mental ward..

  • Brian for president!!

  • This feels like A Kids In The Hall skit.

  • I bet he could rake a lawn or dig holes for fence posts just fine. He'd probably just talk the whole time.... other than that he seems like a good dude.

  • How does he like it there? How are the facilities? I also wonder how he feels about the medications, and their degree of effectiveness?

    So many unanswered questions.

  • I guess the medication don't work.

  • I walked into a psycho ward by mistake and ran into a bunch of guys like this. No door knobs on the inside and when the door shuts behind you...CRAP!!! It was a new hospital, and they were not done labeling things. It took 10 minutes to find an orderly and another 20 to get ID checked and cleared They never told me where I was but when I got outside they all laughed.

  • I was doing a delivery for a company one time, and I walked into the psycho ward of a brand new hospital that had not put up all the signs in the hallway. I knew something was wrong when the door shut and there was nothing to open it with on the inside. There was guys just like this walking all around. After 10 minutes of walking around I found an orderly. After 20 minutes of checking ID and procedures to get out, nobody told me where I was. People outside thought it was funny.

  • For those of you that thinks that he has schizophrenia; he does not. Judging by his symptoms he has a really bad case of OCD. Schizophrenia would present signs of paranoia, delusions of grandeur, auditory or visual hallucinations. Several negative symptoms would include social withdrawal, unresponsiveness, and loss of motivation. He presents none of these symptoms. It seems he feels compelled to repeat certain phrases over and over to relieve the anxiety of repetitive thoughts.

  • LMAO 1:41 lmao!

  • 1:41 lmao!

  • damn that sucks.. he looks sad at the end

  • i might do my internship at Bellevue, should be fun~!

  • I know this is an evil thought but I wonder how people like this would react if someone just punched them really hard in the mouth. Would they get up and just keep going or pause for a while? It's not to be mean. It'd be for science.

  • @THOMASkaaz I'd like to punch out a few mouthy, worthless, inner-suburban white women, who think they're hot while their presence in my space pisses me off. Um -- it'd also be for science.

  • I can't remember how this guy ended up that way... Didn't they lose his dissertation or something like that? Poor guy.

  • Thats how I feel!

  • When you tell the true things in society, society rejects it,Im talking about myself

and also someone who I know had simular experience.

In life when you can,t speak up for yourself you be walked right over by everyone.

  • @rudolfje52 You're ignorant.

  • @rudolfje52 Genetics and epigenetic inheritence play a bigger role than most people realize in all aspects of life. They affect chemical balance which is known to affect mood and mental state.

  • EGYPT: MEET YOUR NEW PRESIDENT.

  • Toss someone in a broom closet for 7 years with medication that doesn't work and you'd hate the place too!

  • 3:00 "all done!................ what?"

  • was there ever a follow up to this documentary? i really would like to know what happened to this guy.

  • @micheleohh

    He became a famous actor.

  • He must work for Dell.

  • This guy must had worked for the government.

  • This guy had to have worked for Allied-Barton.

  • poor guy, the psychiatrists an neurologists are the retards. They dont know shit and treat sick ppl like idiots

  • Comment removed

  • I work for the state and I say the same things.

    I hate this place

I been here for seven years

    Nothing works here

  • Can someone please explain to me why the psychiatrist is wearing shades inside the building? Cataracts??

  • Comment removed

  • Ok, this footage kills me--KILLS me! You know all the psychiatrists are standing around thinking, "Dude, will you shut the f**k up??" However, the camera crew is right on them, so they have to PRETEND to be compassionate!

  • Comment removed

  • This dude walked into the psych ward, saw the video camera, and said to himself, "Ok, here's my one and only chance to become a movie star!!!"

  • "I hate this place. Nothing works here." I used to say the exact same thing when I worked for medical records!

  • hahha fuckin opie and anthony, they were playin clips of this guy today, i had to find it

  • @phizfrail

I want to work where you guys work!

  • @phizfrail your a fkn sprayer bro

  • In the spirit of the video: Let's all get out there and trip some cripples!

But seriously... the Dems could use this kind of messaging in November.

  • This is clip is so saddening. At 2:58 the normal Brian is shown and he looks so drained from all that his disorders cause him to do. The hideous comments that this man does not deserve to live and that his painful episodes are hilarious sicken me. It is my only hope that you never find out this person's pain of a mental illness in which you cannot control your own actions never mind the things you say.

  • @pudding20154 I hope he is ok, he seems like a nice guy.

  • He hates that place?

  • The new job...

"I just arrived! Yeah, everything works fine! I love this place!"

    Seven years later...

  • Comment removed

  • Guys, for those of you who are making fun of him, you can clearly see he has something wrong with him. And your lucky that you aren't like this guy. Yes, it is kind of annoying with him repeating himself, but give this guy a break. He can't help himself.

  • @HugsXOXOkissesXOXO He is broken. People shouldn't have to inconvenience themselves because he's broken. This person and any person like him should be locked up until they work.

  • The only thing that dosen't work it it's brain, shoot it in the f'ing head.

  • @BamBooUK grow up

  • omg yes finally - been looking for this for a while . Remember watching this HBO doc and laughing my ass off.

  • I wonder if that guy likes it there? I also wonder if the medication works.

  • Man, I remember this! I think this was a HBO special.

  • "The medications don't work" Thats obvious

  • I've been here for 7 years, nothing works here lol too funny yet so sad.

  • that wasn't another patient, you retards. fuck.

  • i feel bad for this guy.

  • Stony Lodge Hook. nice.

  • Dosent like that place apparently!

  • anyone know where I can D?L this, I have a tape of it but yeah the medication dont work!! Cheryl Is my fave

  • what an emo kid

    lol jk

  • he's crazy but i bet if they stop giving him crazy pills and locking him up in windowless rooms he'll stop saying that. what is this a loony bin?

  • i know or at least take him outside for alittle bit a day that would probably help him

  • The apathy of several staff members is appalling. He obviously suffers from Schizophrenia. You put him into seclusion because you don't like his "echolalia?!" How about a little more therapy, or constructive diversionary methods?; forgot we don't have a Public Health Care plan in this country! OUCH!

  • i saw this documentary when i was in middle school. i don't think it's very funny. i really feel badly for people who have these kinds of problems, and for their families. i think it's rather heartbreaking, to be honest.

  • OK, two things:

#1) I think this isn't real, its probably some kind of reenactment.

#2) If it is an accurate reenactment of a true case (perhaps for the documentary), then I think the dudes a malingerer (faking it).

Hes clean, well dressed, and has the forethought to remove his glasses. Hes also aware enough of surroundings to cooperate wt the nurses med instructions. Psychotics tend to be disorganized, dirty, + out of touch wt surroundings. This dude seeks attention + to annoy people.

  • @CaptainContent We can all dream that it's real

  • I too found it odd how well kept he was. I'm not saying he's completely aware of his surroundings... since he insists he's been at the hospital for 7 years. Could be faking it. Was that a patient at the end? She seems more logical than the staff who put him in seclusion.

  • @JuMunchie I think he means that he's been in this kind of crazy psychological state for seven years

  • @CaptainContent

ok mr smart one, you do know there are different levels of schizophrenic people? He is a voluntary patient, and his isn't that severe. This is real buddy.

  • @CaptainContent You must not know any people with autism.

  • LOL Sounds like my job.

  • lmfao

  • poor Umfuld

  • What works here?

  • poor Umfuld

  • medications don't work

    i hate this place

  • I got to see this whole video in psych... its soooo good.

"Ive been here for seven yeAarrs."

  • Well ,i've seen worse.

  • funny how he's super cooperative while yelling all this stuff :D

  • @r0bb3d

he better be cooperative, the orderlies would beat his ass if he didnt

but on another note, what became of this guy, did he die?

  • I would smack the shit out of that guy.

  • i don't know why but i think he was just trollin'

  • He's lost it

  • HES ACTING

  • This is sad. Anyone who says anything rude about him is heartless and has no soul.

  • G'day mate! Satan here to say this is absolutely hilarious. You can't feel sorry for the world you'll slowly kill yourself . Humans need to stop acting like we mean more than anything else. This man is nothing more than a mutated plant. Life is life and sometimes you get the short end of the stick.

  • I like to way you think my friend.

  • Doesnt mean u have to say mean things about him tho either, just picture if u were in his head confused as fuck and feeling trapped and that, I'm sure u would rather want people caring about u instead of talking shit about u, u know?

  • I'm sure he don't give a fuck what I think.

  • he doesn't want people to care, he wants the medication to work

god you come on here all high and mighty but you don't even listen to the guy

  • if people did'nt care then he would'nt get any medication..... What the fuck r u talking about? All high and mighty? lol I just said it's not funny to make fun of the guy cause he is confused and I think u r too cause u don't know what ur talking about.

  • holy shit are you stupid. could someone with a sense of humor please destroy this guy for me?

  • Dude you are dumb! You even used a period when asking a question lol.

  • XD I love you man, you're fucking hilarious

though for the record that was a statement and not a question, but who gives a shit about punctuation anyway

  • I know right

  • i guess im without a soul lol.

  • What documentary is this from?

  • Bellevue: Inside Out

  • this is hilarious

  • Everytime i see this documentary, it breaks my heart. These people who have severe mental problems are virtually thrown away and disowned by their own families. To be that confused and isolated has to be true torment

  • I don't think he likes it there.

  • oh reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyy wow your smart

  • drugs don't work but a punch in the face might

  • lol

  • is this real or is this an act?

  • dood needs his Ativan, as was suggested by someone in the video..

  • I agree with that fellow.

  • I feel like he's trying to get a message out but a short in his brain keeps firing out the same words over and over...

  • ahahaha! we watched this psych! lol

  • sounds like my new country.

I think he is not sick at all, he must have moved some place he didn't like.

  • its was funny, until he was in that room, alone.

    I'd kill myself

  • BWHAHAHAH FUNNY

  • my hero

  • sounds like my job

  • @mrlurch8077 hahaha

  • It's weird how like after dinner he seems to feel the fit coming on and goes to find the nurses

  • hahahaha

  • Can someone tell me which docu. this is from? I saw it in college and there was another scene with a guy who smears "Face-ees" (feces) on buildings... I would love to see that guy again - and maybe the internets has it, so i can has it.

  • HBO- Bellevue hospital doc

that could be a conspiracy..who knows

  • Genuis hospital worker! "Is he just repeating the same thing???" Where the hell has she been?!!? Naturally, the first and only thing out of her mouth is, "Ativan." What a genuis diagnosis! The other patient put more time/energy/thought to the poor guy's condition th
