I was waaaaaay ahead of him, but I missed a few gates and it said that I lost. Not only that, but the the time in which I crossed the finish line was totally different..

(he pushes me out of the way). like I've done this game 3 times and i'm ALWAYS stuck on this day! the bottom is actually easy for me, i miss the 3rd blue gate, the 7th red and subsequently the following blue because i'm trying to compensate.

okay - responding to my own comment; naturally, I do it after I asked: for those asking for advice on this day this is what I did. get the perfect start, and stand up straight (as your person, don't crouch). You nearly always see your next gate, so what I did was while i was turning for the gate, i was automatically turning towards the next one. I did miss 2, but if you hit all the gates you get fast enough to use your boost and win. I hope this helps people :)

Well, don't miss over 2 of the gates unless you finish a long time before him. The final stretch is really hard so you might need some practice. It's not King Boo's fault he's a hard boss. It's just that the controls in Giant Slalom are completely rubbish!

You can't miss any gates, as you get penalties! I found it hard, but did it in the end when I told myself that I didn't know if I could do it.

Maybe all final bosses return, except for Eggman final bosses and Metal Sonic Final boss, and try to stop the Games forever. Then, You control all the players, including rivals, to stop them. Last Rival fight should be in super form.
