I think the reason why he flatlines is that thing is not a lie detector its an emotion detector. He shuts down all his emotions by HIMSELF, no long needing the drugs. Its like he can switch on and off from being a feeling human with a conscience to a emotionless killing machine. So when he flat lined he turned the killing side of him on. Thus the guy said "OH SHIT" cause he couldnt believe Preston shut his emotions down without the drug. Then yeah, shit went down hard haha

You're correct that the Beretta 93FS is not normally fully automatic, but the ones in the movie were. They were modified with drop-in auto-sears. At some points in the movie, they show a selector on the sides, but in other scenes it's not there.

Not to criticize, but I noticed that even thought there are bullet holes in the door as the cleric walks into the office, shouldn't the window have shattered behind the... whoever the leader is? Or at the very least, some holes on the very back wall.

@randomclam898889 The rifle uses a 5.56mm round. They are designed to destroy soft tissue. It would take a much larger caliber to make large holes or blow through solid objects. To put it into perspective, most law enforcement agencies use 9mm.

@NashVatuga The 5.56 round is a 'nicer' round, the British Army in Northern Ireland had a lot of problems with 7.62 rounds basically just going through people and causing damage or casualties. The 5.56 is designed to bounce around the inside of someone and do as much damage as possible, while the 7.62 just has raw stopping power. A 5.56 will certainly do damage to walls, although the ones in the film appear to be of marble.

@NashVatuga the rifle clearly showed him shooting through the dore killing the guys on his side and on the other side so the bullets would have probably missed the guy at the desk or they stoped in the guys on the other side you gota relise and nothice things beter and the lil 9mm bullets went through all the guys he shot so they were silver pointed 9mm rounds highly accurate and armor piercing

Very last fight was definitely the best one in my opinion. An OP'ed main character vs hordes of grunts and an underpowered right hand man doesn't interest me much. The best fights are the 1v1 personal duels. Interesting enough the big boss was actually the most skilled of the bad guys. Thx for uploading this.

I've not seen this movie, but from this clip I have to say: stuuupid scene. At least in the Matrix there was some effort made to make it look like the characters were dodging. In this, he just stood there in plain view of thirty guys with automatic weapons and magically, not even one sprayed bullets at him.

*Same type of scene is in matrix were Neo is supported by Trinity girl, But THis guy fights all alone with GUN-FU shooting arts . Also see the gun loading system which most advanced as compared to TOMBRAIDER. But here the direction and light effects were poorer than MAtrix.

Lol, fair enough to say that, but (i'm sure someone might've said it before) gun kata is the 'gun martial art' developed in this story he's using. Basically, it allows him to have the maximum range of attack on anyone with full accuracy whilst decreasing the angle and surface area for him to be hit himself. The better of the gun kata users dont need to dodge as much because their target would have been eliminated beforehand

At 5:55 you can clearly see the sword slipping out of Taye Diggs' hand. JUST after that as he drops down to his knees you can see him holding (for a split second) the sword again at 5:57. So hilarious in that tense situation, it made me laugh. Obviously i didn't caught that in the first attempt.
