@MiSSloveish Sorry, theTord Mini was discontinued this week although there might be a few units available at retail stores here and there. You'd have to call the stores and check to see if they have any left in stock. You can also go to the hpcomputers YouTube account and take a look at the Vivienne Tam Mini. It's brand new and very fashionistic!

I'm planning to get this for x'mas, but I'd like to know how long does the battery life last? And can you view HQ videos on youtube with it? I mean, does the video come out clear when you watch the HQ videos on youtube?

well thats with 3cell get a 6cell for 6 hours but hey your right i carry a charger everywhere

It's rather a bit slow and the battery dies pretty fast! I need something that runs faster and last longer. Also, you can't really view HQ videos on youtube with it....it lags and gets choppy. It also lags when you watch bigger and higher quality videos on windows media player as well.

Well I got it with a 6 cell battery (It came in the box, I didn't ask for it). Because of that I have it lasting about 6 hours. I'm in Europe so it might be only shipping as standard in Europe but if you can get it with the 6 cell you'd be spending your money well.

HP now offers 2 different resolutions for the Mini 110 10.1": (1) Standard with 1024 x 600 OR (2) 1366 x 768 for $35 more. Price not being the object, what would be the advantages or disadvantages of choosing the higher screen resolution? What would be your preference? If installed with the upgraded higher screen resolution installed, would I be able to switch the display from the higher to the lower resolution and vice/versa?

higher resolution screen will provide clearer, widescreen HD video playback. The resolution can be adjusted downward by going to the screen properties and choosing the desired setting. The higher resolution option would be great for anyone watching HD movies or videos on their Mini. If using the Mini for just Web browsing, you could get away with either resolution screen.
