Thank you for your comment mistertx1, the suspect is now in custody at the DC Jail, so I believe the credibility of this video is no longer in dispute. The video is of a production quality, but that is just the type of cameras used at that store (they are expensive high definition cameras).
This is why you should always, always lock through the frame and the back wheel. Whoever locked this bike is an amateur. It doesn't take long at all to remove the front wheel of a bike.

Just a thought, but you don't have to be a "professional" to detach a front wheel if it has a quick-release skewer. This guy's a chump, not a pro.
