this is the most emotionally stirring, beautiful music ever composed in my opinion. Mr. Humperdinck was a musical genius. This overture as well as the music played during the Dream Pantomime scene are my personal favorites. I love this opera more than any other. I have heard this music conducted by others but Mr. Jurowski is a master at his work. Bravo!
