In a manner reminiscent of the most totalarian of regimes, "they" decide what constitutes "hate" speech or "racist" rhetoric. my dad bearly speaks english because he works 10 to 12 hours a day 6 days a week ever since we been here working on construction. you can't expect for someone to just learn english in a couple of months.
i took my mom 5 years to learn hers.
and trust me we obey and live a amercian life just like any other american does.
Are you and your family members here legally with proper documentation. If you are, I weelcome you and wish you prosperity and good will. If you are illegal I would encourage you to return to your homeland and apply for proper entry.

The existence of the "new and improved" Liberty Wall is indeed emblematic of the core issue that has many residents upset -- that there are groups that do not feel the rules apply to them, or they can disobey or ignore rules and regulations that they do not like or disagree with.
As a matter of fact, the local police in Manassas support the right of these American citizens (who happen to be Latino) to excerise their right free speech. Come to 9500 Liberty if where we have a variety of view points, including many that AREN'T regurgitated talking points based on misinformation.
The voters clearly spoke when they voted overwhelmingly for those supervisors who made the illegal immigration directives the major platform of their campaign.
In PWC, it is clear that citizens want to return law and order and are willing to start at the lowest local level, even if it is in a symbolic way only.

but only my mom speaks english
