Yes, packs of dogs can be aggressive. But to have them poisoned the way my "civilized" neighbours do makes me angry and all I can say is that this country deserver nothing more than it gets. It is OUR responsibility that there are now thousands of stray dogs. It all started with Ceausescu's demolition of people's houses when hundreds of dogs were left behind. Those dogs multiplied, the money that should have been spent in having them neutered was "invested" in our officials' villas and voila...
I'm disgusted of being a Romanian and having to walk by sick ,weak , hungry,beaten, injured dogs and cats each day and knowing that there is nothing I can do, that could make a diffrence...We do need help,but most off all we need education...please help us!!
