  • Though I'm not a fan of dieting, or any of those tips, they seem to work! You look like you slimmed down from the last video. Though I'm an avid believer in working out and not cutting out or thinking about food. Losing weight is simple. Be active. And the more active you get, the more your body naturally adjusts to eating healthier and cutting out portions.

  • Magandang idea nga ang meal replacement with shake. Wahaha! Galeng! Ibagsak ba ang yelo sa sahig? You don't have to do the "Nothing After Six Diet." Just eat a light salad for dinner. Ginugutom mo katawan mo. Your body will go on an eating binge after that. Trust me, mas tataba ka. Tama yung NO CARBS diet. I've been doing it for years now, bro. Ngayon, sanay na ako kumain na WALANG kanin, bread at pasta. Damihan mo na lang gulay mo. Yun ang isabay mo sa ulam. You're doing good progress, Coy! :-)

  • Try mo din un 2 meals a day or 6 SMALL frequent feedings... =D baka un ang effective sa'yo... =D
