I can answer that question. The economy went down not before but after Clinton's presidency was up because Bush was in power. As for everything else you said it was ass backwards. Reagan only stopped one war yet Carter stopped three. Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter were the best presidents to have ever lived because they have done wonderful things for people and that's a fact.
