I love the Asian mentality when it comes to customer service. Regardless of who you are, if you are a customer, you are given the utmost care and attention. In the service industry, customers comes first. They will do their utmost to please you. Their most dreaded phrase to hear is, "Let me talk to your manager". Not only in Korea, but other parts of Asia, you'll find that as well. I wish it was the same in N. A. :( Unfortunately, you can get service assistants who act way too entitled.
