The entire thing is under the premise that the guy who said it is fucking the girl in black and blue. The janitor says "Dude!" as in "Good job! She's hot!" and the guy in green and black says "Dude!" as in "What the hell!"
So he basically says "I'm awesome at picking up women." with his "game" comment and she takes offense and says "Wait, what do you mean your game?!" (Ability to pick up women.)
