  • DUDE! Do you have any CDs or anything? This is some good stuff.

  • @EmperorofCartoons Yes, I have a music CD, Good & Evil and 6 instructional video CDs for sale on ebay by searching: Keni Lee Thank you for your interest, comment, and question. Feel free to write if I can be of further assistance. Enjoy.

  • I really enjoyed that, KeniLee, thanks man.

  • @Hiroshimaslim Thank you for your comment. This was a real fun gig. The gentleman who hired me, I met while performing on the subway platform. Apparently, his wife (a surprise birthday party for her) is a big fan of slide guitar and he wanted me to entertain his guests before they went to have dinner at Tavern on the Green. Enjoy.

  • Started to listen blues just recently, and I think that this is Blues with big B. Hope to find something as good as this performance. Keep up the good work!

  • @jobeljs Thank you for your interest and comment. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance. Enjoy your new discovery.

  • KeniLee,,,dude, I pop in to see what you have been up to on a fairly regular basis.. not once have I been disappointed. And if I have been, its only been because I haven't seen "your name in lights" at our local Hard Rock Cafe...because thats for certain a show I would pay to see!

  • @Tailgun69 Thank you for your kind words. Right know I am content to play on the subway platforms, streets or at local festivals. I also spend a lot of time teaching therapeutic exercise (Tai Chi and Qi Gong). Maybe someday I will take my act on the road for real. Happy Holidays. Enjoy.

  • That republic sounds great. Did it come set up or did you have some work done on it?

  • @weiner71 Thank you for your comment and question. I told the owner of Republic guitars, Frank how I wanted it set up. He did the work and shipped it out to me. Enjoy.

  • hi there iv got a question are resonators tuned in EADGBe? or is it another one

  • @wishhunter Thank you for your question. Yes, you can play a resonator in standard tuning but just like banjos, they seem to play better in open tunings. Open D (DADf#ad), Open G (DGDgbd), and Open C (CGCGce) are the most common. If you are interested in learning this style, please check out my instructional video CDs on ebay by searching: keni lee

    Enjoy.

  • Man this is so good !!

  • @fetermcblues Thank you for your comment. Enjoy.

  • great quality videos

I found some Blues lovers talking about you here ( offline ) on Brazil ........

  • @alexcebe Thank you for your comment. Good to hear people are taking about me in Brazil too. Cool. Enjoy.

  • Great, as usual. Pretty amazing that you were able to see that piece of paper start to get away before you were able to stomp on it at 7:18.

  • @JazzBill Just good old style Kung Fu! LOL That was my set list blowing away. I learned this trick on the subway platform when someone threw a dollar into my can and accidently missed. The last thing you want is your money to blow down into the tracks. Enjoy.

  • Great stuff as usual, Keni...

Loved the boogie-woogie, and the jitterbug swing (part 2).

WHose signature is on the guitar?

  • @nmdx001 Thank you. The signature is from John E. Dopera Jr. He is the son of the inventor of the National Resonator guitar. I was frotunate to have the opportunity to interview him during the filming of an upoming documentary about my adventures with resonator guitars called Busking the Blues. The film is done, but will first appear in film festivals before it is available for sale. Enjoy.

  • That was great, good show. I have to ask, when was this performed?

  • @PhilWithCoffee August 15, 2009 Those opening credits fly by fast. LOL

3 more parts to come! Please stay tuned.

    Thank you for your comment.

  • Great! Keni, you should put these songs as lessons on CD.

  • @kirbySfan Thank you for your comment and suggestion. All of these song are in Vestapol tuning (aka Open D). Although I only teach one song out of this performance (You Got to Move) on CD 1, I am quite sure by practicing the lessons you will be able to figure out most of what I am doing on the other songs. My CDs are designed mainly to teach you how to figure out and arrange song yourself. Enjoy.

  • always good Keni Lee. Thanks.

  • @chrisekelman Thank you for your continued encouragement. Enjoy.

  • Looks great! Made me smile to see you enjoying the Boogie Woogie Dance so much and I loved Rock Island Line :-)

  • @papasilvertooth Thank you. The client was kind enough to let me have the footage. It was shot by Zach Katagiri, a professional here in NYC.

  • thought it was great, 3 stared and favourited :)
