This prayer composed with great mental powers. Pray with annoying background Organ, destroys the intent of words. Besides, why with the organ rather than piano, is to play a sound like church?
I agree partially; words are essential but the lack of instruments transmits the original feelings of a synagogue; instruments have been added along history and sound artificial and much more like a concert than a prayer.

hes great!!!!!!!! but with piano its much nicer, and a great shul would be happy to have him

It sounds more like a concert, while it should be a Teffila - a prayer.
