sadly Justice was not served. I stood by this family through this by chatting on facebook, myspace and on the phone. I got the word out that this is wrong. In the state of Alabama animal cruelty is a felony. If you are found guilty, you can get up to 10 yrs or more in jail. I have a basset hound so this story touched my heart.
