Neal is one of the founders of Journey. All other lead singers after Rolie were hired. All were given a chance to shine and show their talents and all of these lead singers are and should be thankful to who ever hired them. I wouldn't call them puppets because I believe all these guys are respectable, talented and hardworking people. Sadly the world is filled with bitter losers who bash these gentlemen thinking they owe them something.
