idk what to say. this music makes Top Man seem...epic. His stage was somewhat "meh," and was simple(except I still can't help but wonder if its pot he's growing in the background). his weapon sucks, but is useful.

but i HIGHLY recommend you not use it against him.

remember that all of the robot masters are weak against their own weapon?

defeating Top Man or Shadow Man with the Top Spin is...tricky with low health.

How do you figure that? If you're spinning while attacking, you would not only look like a clown but you would become dizzy. One could argue robots don't get dizzy, but spinning isn't exactly going to win anyone any fights nor strengthen anyone's hits. It's a comical boss concept and I love the guy, but let's be real for a minute.

Realistically, under human limitations spinning would leave one open for attack, but Top Man has wheels on his feet to do the spinning for him, and all he has to do is extend his arms (which the aforementioned force can do for him) and he becomes a wrecking machine. I always imagined the Top Spin as a spinning kick more than just spinning and things die (which quite a few enemies do to the Top Spin, I've found).

You ask me, the Top Spin isn't a bad weapon. I get more use out of it than all special weapons except the Hard Knuckle and Shadow Blade. The thing about MM weapons is you gotta know when to use them, and Top Spin owns Shadow Man's stage up the ass.

I dunno. I always found the Top Spin to be by far the worst weapon in any MM game, at least in the classic series. It's useful against Shadow Man and a very select few encounters in certain stages, and that's about it. I found the Charge Kick immensely useful not only against Wave Man and a ton of enemies in the game, but also several of the otherwise tough as fuck bosses in the Protoman stages.

I guess that's the great thing about MM, though. Lots of variant strategies.
