To everyone back home suffering tell us what you need! I represent the Filipino Canadians and everyone here just donates their money to Canadian Red Cross which we know is CORRUPT! They steal the money and it's not helping anyone! These people need bottled water, diapers, canned food, blankets etc. We can't trust these Relief Funds to pocket our money. upon watching this video, i was able to relate what really had happened in those places which was extremely hit. in our place,the river overflowed which causes the water to flood up to the chest level and i can say it's really very frightening then... i didn't noticed tears suddenly pour out because i felt so lucky enough that i was not in the midst of that flood, on the other hand, felt sad for those losses & fatalities, most especially deaths of so many young & helpless ones.
we have to bilieve in god pray day and night dont lose your hope pray that disaster will not happen again. God help us make the philippines improve and help us fix our land amen.

Governement Officials must implement the Law and Order prohibiting illegal dumping of garbage along esteros and waterways that affect the flow of water. Garbage collection must be 100% in all areas so nobody will dump their gabage everywhere.

Gen San is in the Southern Part of the Philippines located at Mindanao.. They were not affected by the Typhoon. You don't have to worry.. Only the Northern part of the Phillipines is affected..

Manila is Luzon, while Gensan is in Mindanao. Google it... Many people think that when Manila is flooded, every part of the Philippines is also affected. Typhoon Ketsana and Parma passed by in the Luzon area only... Your child is very safe...

Historically, you are correct, however, the Philippine gov't wanted its independence from the US which was granted, so, does this mean the Phil. is still a US territory? It's so sad to know many Filipinos are showing hatred to the US gov't. but, they blame the US gov't even if aid has been provided. Truly, Filipinos have no satisfaction! It's a shame!!!

To everyone back home suffering tell us what you need! I represent the Filipino Canadians and everyone here just donates their money to Canadian Red Cross which we know is CORRUPT! They steal the money and it's not helping anyone! These people need bottled water, diapers, canned food, blankets etc. We can't trust these Relief Funds to pocket our money. Where can we mail these items to help? I will try to find a way and do my best.

upon watching this video, i was able to relate what really had happened in those places which was extremely hit. in our place,the river overflowed which causes the water to flood up to the chest level and i can say it's really very frightening then... i didn't noticed tears suddenly pour out because i felt so lucky enough that i was not in the midst of that flood, on the other hand, felt sad for those losses & fatalities, most especially deaths of so many young & helpless ones.

Governement Officials must implement the Law and Order prohibiting illegal dumping of garbage along esteros and waterways that affect the flow of water. Garbage collection must be 100% in all areas so nobody will dump their gabage everywhere.

Gen San is in the Southern Part of the Philippines located at Mindanao.. They were not affected by the Typhoon. You don't have to worry.. Only the Northern part of the Phillipines is affected..

Yes.. I am from the Phils. The Philippines is an archipelago, which means it is composed of many islands. We have 3 main Island. Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Manila is Luzon, while Gensan is in Mindanao. Google it... Many people think that when Manila is flooded, every part of the Philippines is also affected. Typhoon Ketsana and Parma passed by in the Luzon area only... Your child is very safe...

dumb ass ...deductions on fare and trasnportation have already been made for help..contributions are also on the process because of the officials...they are doing all thier best too!!any proof they are doing nothing about this?

alot you you say things like that but the truth is that even at least once each and everyone of you littered even as small as a candy wraper or a cigarette butt and made the canals and exit ways of flood be blocked by YOUR trash at least i admit im one of those people, it doesnt matter weather you threw a candy wraper or even small each peice of trash help create a massive flood like this.... thinks about that
