@xboxlad11 Cloverfield 2 is still in talks, they are thinking about showing from a different camera view because when watching the movie you see a couple of people with cameras so they might go that way or something different because the monster is not dead and by what the director has said is that, that creature was the baby. Strangers 2 does not have a release date yet but the main star lady apparently didn't die :)

The Thing is a prequel not a remake, thank god. It's about what happened at the Norwegian camp when they originally found the creature, so regardless of how good or bad it is at least the original classic is not being violated... yet.

And he's right, Carpenter's film is neither seriously flawed nor dated and is a landmark film in itself, so there's nothing that could be added by doing it over.

First of all ad some music to this kind of videos (Halloween, Ghostbusters, The good the bad and the ugly, I don't care but don't have them in silence). Secondly ther can't be a Final Destination 4 3D because Final Destination 3D was number 4.

Thirdly is the thing with Kurt Russell from 1982 already a remake from a 1950s movie, why remake it again?

@Se1ander sorry this was my first video and i didn't know how to add music and when I first put this up they didn't have an actual name for final destination 4 it came out to be "The Final Destination" 3D I just put 4 on my so people would know that a fourth one was coming out. Yes "The Thing" is already a remake but they are making another one just like "The Blob" it was remake in the 80's from the original in the late 50's but a third remake is on it's way and coming out in 2011

Cloverfield has no room for a squeal, The first game the perfect example of the US Lazarus protocol. If deemed a global threat the use of heavy weapons, including chemical and/or nuclear may be used. Even if the thing did survive nobody was left alive to film it. So it would have to be a normal SciFi movie. But I guess they could make another if they thought it could pay the bills.
