load .45 acp into breech, close slide, remove safety, say a prayer if you pray, turn pistol to face, make sure the hammer is in the rearward position, take in deep relaxed breath, put muzzle of pistol in mouth at an upward angle, gentely squeeze the trigger with your thumb, Oblivion follows. x)
