Uh, ok...when I searched "peacewalker trailer" I was lookin for a metal gear solid peacewalker trailer and this came up. And then I went and saw the movie! It was pretty good. Not the best movie iv ever seen, but it's good

im a backpacking addict now instead and have gone on 53 backpacking trips since then. It been 4 years now. The wilderness will change a man.

So Ironic that you make this Doc because i had a similiar experience. I grabbed all my backpacking gear and started walking. Had very little cash. i walked through california, arizona, texas utah, nevada, colorado and idaho. I left with 200 dollars to my name but managed to get by still. did alot of trail hiking in utah and california. i walked a good 3000 miles before i came home and ill tell you i was a changed man. I found peace in my life in the Wilderness and long awaited walks. =)

Tara... People will relate to this because it's about journeys and how there's no such thing as a smooth journey through anything. Journeys are best lived BUT as a VERY close second... seen on film because film is life captured and edited.

Interesting, I never got to know that the original project was a feature film with chase as a "regular" actor. Hopefully we´ll be able to know a little bit more about that part as well.

Editor's note. Chase plays Ray Nichols who's brother Bob and him had planned to do the lands end journey together, then the Iraq war starts and Bob signs up and is killed over there. Ray then decides to do the walk in honor of his brother and his desire for PEACE!

So when it started, Chase was in the role of an actor, and as the film progressed, his role shifted to that of real peacewalker? Or was that all part of the film as well?

10gically, yes, thats right.. chase started out as a actor and when our original idea fell apart, we kept going as peace walkers.. the film and journey evolved into something we had no idea of in the beginning.
