  • This movie was on TCM on my birthday. What better present that these magnificent people?

  • Very very good dance

  • im 19 and i love this movie, and I'm a biker/punk guy lol

  • i cant see any shiny pretty dance shoe metal on there shoes

  • Why havn't all the classics like this come out on DVD??? It's so frustrating!

  • How is it I've never seen this? My only complaint about this number is that it didn't go on long enough!

  • "lets go home! But let me finish dancing"

  • I've developed a crush on Fosse, especially reading his biography "All His Jazz.." I feel like Fosse is an old friend. And after watching many of his performances, it's clear that he has an awesome butt. I just watched "My Sister Eileen" last night on DVR and he was shaking it beautifully. lol

  • Grüße Fräulein, Sturm-Verbot-Führer, therefore ruick of the Barbarian is the officials "" of the attractive police that the automobile of the luggage such can be credited that sea or that is the interior of Americanaenergie in sequence that my characteristic begins before Weis the version the end to arrest the good cat of the automobile of the luggage of the official of the marine police and poopy the end to push mocheesmo and somiglia of Humberto for ruick of Barbara

  • I'll forsake enlightenment, ANYTHING, just let me dance like Fosse!

  • Absolutely wonderful!! And Bobby Van was an underrated dancer/actor too.

  • Early Fosse. Still incredibly idiomatic. Off-beats, unconventional movements. His style is so defined and identifiable throughout his career. One of the greatest choreographers of the 20th century.

  • Where oh where is "I love Melvin" never see it on tv????

  • @TheMaisie80 I saw it on Turner Classic Movies, and I haven't seen it since! Breaks my heart

  • It's always magical to watch Bob Fosse dance. Later, his choreography was the best! You always know when it's a Bobby Fosse number.

  • What the fuck went wrong with mainstream movies... in the last 2 decades?

  • This is a great movie! Is Bob Fuller siting at the table?

  • What's the name of the song please?

  • fosse is so unmistakably fantastic!!!

  • @silvershields

    I agree!!!

  • if I had only 30 seconds of freedom remaining in my life, I would do Bob Fosse's first 30 seconds of this dance routine

  • No one can keep up with the legendary Bob Fosse. Amazing.

  • @dustBunnydragon

    Yup!!! :D

  • Thanks for posting! I've never seen this clip. Love all of them. My first memory of Bobby Van is from when he hosted a game show in the late 60's or early 70's. At the time I was little and didn't know that he had been a dancer. I loved him and Bob Fosse in Kiss Me Kate.

  • Love Debbie and Bobby Van. But, Bob Fosse...dancing...can you EVER get enough?

  • How great it is!

  • GREAT number! I directed Bobby Van in his last stage show, DAMN YANKEES back in 1979. We added dance music in "Two Lost Souls" just so we could feature his amazing talent.

  • Did you know? Singer/Actress Barbara Ruik was the first wife of legendary fim composer John Williams. She died way too early due to cerebral

hemorrhage back in 1974. John Williams dedicated his Violin Concerto to her. They have three children. Jennifer, Mark and Joseph. Joseph is the youngest and also became pretty famous as lead singer of the band "Toto".

  • @Score1974 She was also the only daughter of character actress Lurene Tuttle, who appeared in many movie and tv shows throughout the years.

  • Wow....musicals don't come close to what they were back then.

  • Wow! 5 stars!

  • Wow! Never saw that clip before. Great

    dancin'!

    Tx 4 posting.

  • Uh . . . yeah that's Bob Fosse alright! There's really no mistaking a Fosse hat tilt! Haha! This is really cool, thanks so much for posting it!

  • Look at gal Delilah She had them all in a spin She clipped the mighty Samson But she got caught When the house fell in So you see Theres gotta be Just one road for you and me Let old Satan know He lost the fight Cause you cant do wrong Doing right!

  • I loved Dobie Gillis as a kid--now I remember why. That kind of joie de vivre makes you forget your troubles--very non-angsty.

  • LOVE Debbie Reynolds.

  • you should check out the whole movie. it's available on VHS, perhaps, from your library. Also, if you haven't seen it, I love Melvin, with Donadl O'Connor and Debbie Reynolds.

  • @odessa108 I Love Melvin is one of my favorites! I love Donald O'Conner's rollerskating number! It was just on AMC this morning.

  • @jeanbeanfosho Grüße Fräulein, Sturm-Verbot-Führer, it is not much more when nueselander of ecstacy

  • Is it me, or does the girl at 2:02 remind you of Dorothy Killgalin? I always thought that...

Anyway, LOVE the piano dancing part!!! :) My fav!

  • ok. she does look vaguely like Dorothy Kilgalin.
