Does anyone recall the scene in the film 'In the Name of the Father' when Daniel Day Lewis pulls the tape out from an old cassette and wraps it around his head and starts speaking in tongues while he has a mental breakdown? That's precisely what happened to my copy of this game.
I like alot of people always loved the airwolf theme song, but listening to it loop over and over like this can make even it sound annoying after a few minutes lol
i'm certain games like this used to wind me up as a kid as they were so hard and annoying. I'm certain they may of had psychological effects at the time. i remember the games where you had to wigge the joystick side to side really fast made me almost wet myself through fear of losing
@1982FMJ I think games like this were hard for us kids because we panicked. Back then we were all on the seat of our pants as we couldn' save anywhere at any time and there were no checkpoints....! Kids today have it easy. But I like to think I am a better adult for having tried to play this games. I persevere more, am more dogged, more patient and have better lateral and logic thinking.
NO WAY! I only ever saved about two of those guys and made it back to base but for Reinhard to do all that without getting smashed is a miracle. Only a robot could do it!
I remember playing this game as a kid. It was hard. I was always running into walls and blowing up. I remember saying to myself once "That's it. I'm done with this game forever. I hate it." But here I am thinking back on it and wishing I could play it just one more time. I'll either be a lot better at the game with all my years of video game experience or i'll still suck at it and curse at the video game gods for ever making it. It's 50/50 I'd say lol
well done, i found this game so fekkin hard to play.

God this was a frustrating game. having to tap tap tap your joystick to keep yourself in the air. Still, it wasn't as hard as Zynaps.

Yeah...it was a difficult game...sometimes banged my head on the table :) ... but for the vid it is ok to disable the sprite collision :)
