i didn't know jane could play a guitar? right on Ms. Asher! :D She was (and still is) so so so so pretty! She dated Paul McCartney in the 60's and im so envious of her for that. But i admit they were a cute couple. I thought Linda to be more suitable for Paul though. Besides the connection between him and Jane must have died quickly. He cheated on her numerously with a bunch of one night stands. I don't believe he ever did that to Linda. So you can probably see who the better fit was...

@rissygirly22 By the time Linda came on the scene he may have had enough of one-night stands. Besides, having lost Jane Asher because of being caught, he may have not wanted to risk the same happening again. In the early days the beatles were all getting one-night stands. Jane was from a family, which was from higher class than Paul's. In the final analysis she was probably too well educated and refined for him.

@harrynking777 i think they could've lasted if paul was more mature. i think they looked nice together, but who knows? maybe jane was too focused on a career and wasn't a family wife/mother enough for paul, or paul was just too immature for the refined jane. regardless, i STILL like linda better, but i think they could've worked out.

I think Jane would be a much better wife than Linda. Linda spoiled him completely...and was always sucking up tp him. But Jane gave him all her love and at the same time held her pride.....they would be just perfect. Though I don't mind being Jane during the years 1963 to 1968 either. ;)
