  • SHINGO NAKAMURA

  • SONG: SHINGO NAKAMURA - SAPPORO WONDERFUL SONG AND REMAKE!

  • 13 year old producer

    watch?v=H36hDq11xfc

  • this is dirty

  • Where do you learn how to use Logic Studio?

  • @1916KiD4 @ home myself

  • @Middollo i don't really understand all the different frequencies and adjustments and what they mean though?

  • @1916KiD4 They mean you turn some knobs, you listen to the results you make mistakes you lough it off and try again. ;)

  • Ive tried to do some progressive house, but when i make chords (even they are right) they dont sound like real prog-house. Ive tried different variations, tried to change the pitch, but the melody isnt relaxing at all...

  • @Suris69xxx If u dont know any music theory u probably gonna get stuck with this for the rest of ya life, painting random notes looking for accidents to happen. Do some advanced harmony studies and try using 7th 's.

  • thumbs up.

  • Great work man! How do u build the white noise? :) Im about to build some progressive myself. New in business ;)

  • Hey. Really nice work!! I have few question i would like to ask you. How long do you make a track? How do you approach it? I mean, do you first perfect the chorus loop and build the rest from there or you start from the beginning of the track and build new sounds with the progression in the arrangement? And one more: how long you`ve been making music? Thanks in advance.

  • @Antillax Somewhere around 1-30 days; get the melodic stuff done firtst and move quickly; 2 years.

  • This is f*ckin good :O keep up the good work ;)

  • Nice, But Try to put more Bass in your kick ;) It's trance dude ;)

  • @jasoncheny Id love to teach everybody what i know. But 1. I am waaay too lazy and 2. you probably wont progress as well as you would while experimen ting with your equipment hands on.

  • you made me cry.....so good

  • GOOD MUSIC

  • @simonsaysplayit xactly dude ;)

  • omg i need to know which kick he is using! please help me out!

  • @jachmed Its a sample from my own sample libary, i dont remember where i got it from.

  • @Middollo

if you ever have a little spare time, would you please search for it, or a similar one? for me it's so inportant. great track btw.

  • @jachmed Why dont you try and sample it. It would be much faster than me diggin trough my old sample libraries

  • @Middollo

yeah very true, theres only one problem; i dont know how to sample something.

I am like at the beginning of making tracks and such. but ill find it out. Thanks anyway.

  • Greta song!

  • wow this is good

  • niiice job!

  • is logic pro 9 easy to learn? I'm wondering whats the best program for mac which I can learn without having to study hours on basics

  • @Daichidapr0 start out on garage band or something similar before using logic so you get the hang of it, and logic is also very expensive (for me) but you could download it for free.

  • this is a second accnt

  • This is amazing guys ! i am starting to use logic now ! i use fl check out my stuff ainon - dal !

  • How do you make the TSSSSSSSSSssszzzzzz sound on the begining of the song??

  • Hey great song bro! Could you please make a video on how to do these songs and what instruments to use? :)

  • Middollo all right cool thanks

  • Middollo are you using a Mac Tower or an iMac?

  • @TheMembraine Using an iMac. 3.06 GHZ i3. Which was more than enought when i was starting out, but now i wish i had a bit more juice to be honest :D

  • Love the cover <3

    I wish i can mace that music ( c:

  • amazing man, pure bliss, do u think u can make a video on how to crease these sounds please?? thanks!!

  • Dl for song!

  • @dartski245 Please check out the video description for download link.

  • Are you extremely familiar with the piano and music theory? Just wondering because I am starting out, and want to learn as much as possible.

  • @greenmachine88x I wish... I never did music theory befor i got into music making. Had to discover it all for myself! but heck it was kinda fun

  • @Middollo thats truly awesome then!

  • nice

  • Incredible Beat.. Well done.,.

  • what program do you record your screen and audio with? :D

  • This is sick man! What did you make that synth with, ES2? Sound baws :D

I uploaded a house track recently as well, would appreciate it if some of you guys could check it out :o

  • ehy man what plug ins do you use ?

  • Omg ive heard this before!! do you have another name Middollo?

  • @OfficialTigrex This is a remix... so you might have heard the original maybe?

  • @Middollo Then yes I have lol ^^ didnt realise it was a remix :L great job though! keep it up ;)

  • you have that Deadmau5 style.

  • Nice job mate, loving the way your kickdrum is sitting. Good job!!!

  • beautiful tune, sounds familiar , maybe?

  • @jimboboy Very familiar! like mango or dezza song

  • Wow, this is superb. Cannot even speak..

  • Hey bud, the description link is to your MP3 track and not the actual template you worked on, could you please post this template to be able to learn the entire process? Many thanks if you could, if not I surely understand :) Terrific work, love the track!

  • @RockstahRolln I would give it to everyone if i still had it... lol

  • @Middollo LOL! Well I guess it is time you created a NEW one!? haha :P All the best Bud :)

  • i really like this man, do you think you could send me the logic file? id love to see how you did everything, I'm trying to learn about house production

  • Great job.. Verry Nice song..

  • that white noise is from heaven!! what did you use to get that sound??? im jut using the white noise osc. in es2 right now. :D

  • @jmotter92 Its all about using vintage filters with nice resonance and compressing & EQing the noise to smooth it out

  • @Middollo thanks for the tip! beautiful composition! :)

  • if it were me i'd maybe sidechain that high pitch 16th note line that played from around 1.05 a bit heavier and bring it out in the mix a lil more, but ye man this is awesome!! :)

  • @CaptainZippyVideo Through out my silly 2 year experience in making music i can tell you Its not the technicallities that matter in making a nice track. Its the musical idea, not the sidechain...

  • @Middollo Sidechain compression is just as much a musical effect as it is a production tool. However, i wasn't insulting i was simply stating how i would personally do it differently, you should view it constructively. I wasn't insulting you i like the track.

  • @CaptainZippyVideo I am not feeling insulted :D it just that if i dont add ":D" every two words i type... people think i am beeing mean :P I couldnt be happyer people commenting on my vids, expressing opinions

  • Great job! Keep it up!

  • Comment removed

  • very good utilization of side chain! i can hear the pumping lol

  • This is amazing, how long did this take you?

Also, how do I add piano templates into Logic?

    Please let me know. Thanks!

  • Very nice job man!!! 5 stars from me!!!

  • you should ad more bass, but pleease can i have a midi file of the piano becouse it was also in the A&B podacast and i lisend to that song 1000x and i want to make a nice remix with it? would you wanne help me out with only the midi of the piano part? Already thanks and nice work! keep up the good work

  • @driveinshowbunnik I can send you the midi no problem. But u gonna need to add me on skype for that. Btw which track did u hear on A&B podcast? the original or this rmx? skype name: skyliner112

  • @Middollo Nicee, finally someone who want to share, i wil add you on skype but im from the netherlands so i can't speek english so good.. noo i heard the original track, but this song would fit in podcast 100%

  • Btw the way that second drop at about 3:30 was freakin sick

  • Logic is such a powerful program and you really showed its potential! Good work! This is such a good track. Just wondering, how many hours did you put into it?

  • @jdherrera0002 Well for starters this was a remix i attempted... it is not an original which you could say takes longer... Did this one in two full days i think.

  • @Middollo It still sounds great! What's this a remix to? I'd like to hear the original and then hear your remix to see how they compare to each other. But as a track all in itself I really like it.

  • @jdherrera0002 this was a remix of Shingo nakamura & kazusa - move on. Something like that i believe

  • @DWSdesign Normalising is just reseting the gain setting of the audio clip. If im happy with the gain why touch it? :D

  • this is music , it has an adam k vibe to it , but with a unique style great stuff man seriously , i use ableton , and i finally got to the point where i can make a great track but the quality is shit , i eq in the right places , side chain etc. but i still cant get that sound. i spoke to an old producer and he told me that if i want to move on , i have to get logic , is this true?

  • @SunshineStateMIA Well theres always an argument in EDM that it doesnt matter what gear u use as long as its used to its full potential. I take it you use Fl? My side of the argument is this : YES IT MATTERS GET IT

  • @Middollo @SunshineStateMIA He said he uses ableton. Anyway, stick with Ableton because you already know how to use it. Ableton is meant for edm mostly anyway, and logic was made mostly for soundtracks for movies and stuff. it does't really matter what daw u use, just how you use it.

  • i dont usually get in this kind of genre anymore, but man i love this song, so relaxing, i could never get tired of this! :D

    great work man! :]

  • awesome bro, so relaxing

  • is omnisphere pre-installed, if not where can I get it. nice job

  • i love your production, can you email the logic template for this please?

  • Good work!

  • sound like Life LIke/Pryda

  • Man this is awesome, I would love to collab sometime. I'm into like hardhouse and electro, but to have like trancey breaks and intros is awesome , good work once again

  • Love it :D Some day we'll have an irish deadmau5 haha

  • @same2graff The last thing i want is to be like someone. Besides i hate this track, aint my style at all. Just sayin =D

  • @Middollo Oh i didnt mean like him, but a big as him :D

  • @same2graff oooh. Thanks man ;)

  • Is there any way you can come to the states!! i will love to work with u. your what im looking for!

  • @DKOB24 Well i always wanted to live there but now the time is not right. Besides if you want to co-produce there is no need for any of us to move. I mean look at Max Vangeli and An21. One of them is in LA the other one in Stockholm Sweden. And theyr productions are pretty damn PFAT!!!

  • Tutorial Please! Love the tune and it looks good but I want to know how to do it:] cheers mate!

  • How do you know what chords to play ?

  • @ItsMusikaL Learning some basic music theory would be a good start.

  • Where do you live?

  • @DKOB24 Dublin, Ireland

  • did u take any production courses man

  • @djleesus09 No. I thought myself into it

  • @Middollo how long that take? do u layer kicks an stuff?

  • i can hear vocals also, but not really lyrics.. just an atmospheric vocal. legit song and i only listen to the finest, so this is a good compliment :) i just dislike the loud tamberine, all good tho. goodjob

  • yeah you sure need vocals here! 1:03 would be perfect to start.. Can't you hear them already?

    Great work though!

  • Nice work mate. Very soothing, Now all you need is a dope vocal to go along with it.

  • @JDIESeLMUSIC You know im not really sure a vocal would work here. But thanks for the idea ;)

  • please show me stuff dude. This is amazing dude its like my favorite song right now! I Make dubstep but I really wanna start making music like this... Check my music out on soundcloud! My username on soundcloud is SMIFF f.. Please can u send me download links for omnipshere and Nexus? I cant find mac trrent downloads.. but please send me this project dude i really wanna learn how to make those plucks and synths u used.. kasksmith@gmail.com

  • @2BecomethebestDrumer My project file will not run on your daw bro because of its quite complex plugin chains. I almost dont use built in plugins at all. Nexus and omnisphere were bought by my father i think... they are not cracked, legal so i dont know how to get them on torrents man sorry. IM glad youre inspired to do some prog!

  • @Middollo ah man.. well how should i get started, I reallly wanna make synths like that dude, its pussy in my ears!

  • @2BecomethebestDrumer the good thing is. prog can be very simpe. A good starting point is grab a mono synth with at least 3 osc's. Set them all to saw waves. Pitch one of em down by 7s leave one osc at 0 and then pitch the 3rd one up 7s. Then throw in a LP 24 Filter with an ADSR on it and start modulating to your taste. Try using some extra voices and detuning on the oscilators. Just to get u started

  • @Middollo what about making pluck synths, is the omnisphere good for those trancey deadmua5 synths

  • @2BecomethebestDrumer Almost ANY synth can do that pluck sound ur looking for. Omnisphere aint a synth btw its a kickass sample editor.

  • Nice track, man. How did you make your automation line curved like that at 3:36? That would be a useful tool.

  • @100Hertzzz Automation Curve Tool. Press esc then W for it.

  • WHAT SYNTH COMES IN AT :45?!?!

  • @nickp182 Its the Omnispehere

  • is logic hard to learn

  • @djleesus09 In Logic you are constantly learning. Thats whats good about it. NO LIMITATIONS

  • @Middollo nice one nice track btw u got it signed?

  • @djleesus09 This tracks for a remix competition which isnt finished yet i believe. I do not know yet if they are going to take it. I could have made it a little better i think ;/ Do you produce man? Wanna hear your stuff

  • @Middollo nice work tho i got a hold of logic the other day but its way different than ableton trying to get use to it lol yea i do i have a couple up on this but made them before a know anything about mastering or layering an stuff

  • Nice work on the track. Really smooth and groovy. One little word on the transition between the intro and A section, it seems to get a bit masked, try adding a bit more on the filter cut, other than really great. Love the way you made the piano present and inviting.

    Peace

    -Esher

  • @EsherBaldwin Aaaah what you are hearing is Logic 9 mistakes not mine. Sometimes for unknown reasons at the beginning of a bar logic makes the first hit sound louder and sometimes quieter. This is gone when you render. Probably latency issues is whats causing this.

  • Do you play piano? If not how long does it take you to muck around and get amazing chord progressions like this one?

  • @skkk90 Yes i do. I have thought myself in to it. It varies, sometimes you get something in first take sometimes you get nothing for 3 days. But this chord progression came from the original track i was remixing.

  • Great work mate!

  • i wanna know how you went about on your getting your kick sound....it sounds so tight

  • @SubSonicSlapz nothing too fancy really... Just use a plugin called Alchemist comes with Flux bundle. It has a function ''bitter sweet'' adjust that to taste along with the brilliant multiband compressor it has. The secret to a punchy kick is getting rid of as much low end as posible i lowcuted this like 60 Hz down i think. Also Logics own Vca compressor can be used with hight attack setting like 16ms. Put the threshold and release down to taste. Hope that helps you? =]

  • Great track man...i really think that if you dropped in a slight different more upbeat sequence at 3:35 ...this prob would be out there!!

  • @SubSonicSlapz Im sorry what do you mean by upbeat sequence?

  • @SubSonicSlapz

maybe add an uplifting high pitched synth....i just felt like that was an awesome drop for the song to peak at..but it just comes back to the same beat sequence....but overall its badass!

  • @SubSonicSlapz Aaaah i got ya i got ya...

  • your components and plugins screams PROFESSIONAL!!

  • @biggareid Not sure i understood what you are saying bro but i am far from Profesional :D only 17 years old :)

Thx for the good word though!

  • cooooool! i like the mix!

  • @discomyass Haahaah.. Glad U like it Bro!
